Ireland is a great first time travelers’ destination with friendly, welcoming people, beautiful landscape, castles, the Blarney Stone, great pubs and fish and chips! I have never heard anyone say they didn’t enjoy their time in the Emerald Isle!

true! I love corned beef and cabbage! Even if my hubby is Scottish! They can keep that sheep’s gut stuff lol

I am Scotch Irish but not much of a meat eater and Scots’ haggis which is what you are describing. . . Dreadful. Corned beef is good once a year! Daughter cooked it last night and she is an awesome cook!

KT had best ever. It was a rib- eye roast that was corn beef . It was so tender it melted in our mouths . She got it from a special butcher . . Don ‘t know if you are a cook. . .

This was a lovely example of using the decorative blessing in a post! I quoted this on my St. Pat’s last year, without the pretty scroll. I love this one best! I am a big fan of cabbage, corned beef and potatoes, too! Smiles and happy blessings to ye; today and always! Robin
