Historical Site Destroyed

This  image is from the oldest monastery in  Iraq where the faithful have worshiped for 1400 years. Along with the. historical  Buddhist statues, Isis has destroyed this  monastery.

The building may be gone but the spirit lives on !

    Chee! They just keep on picking on Catholics. That means they see us as the real adversaries I suppose. You kill what yu can’r control.

      I am pretty sure it is all Christians they views as enemies. I doubt they see the difference! Hope you are well!

        I have a persecution complex and clogged sinuses right now Anne. I’m not sure, but they could be related, lol.
        Did you have the snow? We were fortunate as far as snow is concerned, but it is oh, so cold out there. I’m becoming a wuss when it comes to cold weather.
