Here is dear Grace, my eldest granddaughter helping me with my little shade garden on Saturday. From the image, you can see that my garden where Grace is working, has very little if any sun.  The garden behind her in the sun belongs to my neighbor.  She lives in the old rectory  which has a connecting yard with the school, where we live.   It helped me get ready for the Hidden  Garden Tour next Thursday .  I paid her for her excellent work, and that helped her pay her share on her new IPhone!  Great parenting  job Katie and Scott.!

Here is the River-walk by the Hudson River where I walked on Sunday afternoon.  The deer was also taking a stroll along the water, too. The walkers, including me, were very surprised to see the little doe.  Exciting day in Troy, New York !
