Sargent-at- Arms, Kevin Vickers was at work yesterday at the Canadian Parliament. His position is for security but until yesterday, was thought to be purely a ceremonial position. Due to Mr. Vickers quick wit, calmness under extreme pressure, and his preparedness for security, he faced and gunned down the gunman who was intent on killing the Prime Minister and the political leaders of Canada. Today back at work, he is receiving much praise and many accolades from thankful Canadians.
