Two of my friends on WordPress nominated my blog for this honor. I am very touched and grateful because of the name of the award. Friendship and family are very important to me as well as love and kindness.

He is a gracious man of the land, who fancies himself a simple man, but I agree with forgottenmeadows that he has the heart of a poet. The concept of distance was greatly reduced by mails, then telephone, tv and the Internet has brought it to almost nothing. The blogging has put all of us, all around the world together as one big family. We are together, without prejudice and judgement … And it goes to show how looks can certainly be deceptive. The harmonious existence of us all in this “virtual” world is so beautiful that goes to tell that maybe we can trust ourselves to live with each other peacefully….
