Here are some more sights from Rajasthan from Royd Zhang. . . . .
The beggars are not just in the cities. Whenever the bus stopped for snacks, toilet or gas, some would appear,
Ancient customs and way of life complete with a cell phone!
A wonderful smile and wave is always ready for the camera!
These primary children are off to half-day school on Saturday. Sunday is a day for field trips lead by the teachers. We just saw several groups in Patan, and Modhera last weekend.
A vehicle full. . . . .
Oh these handsome, distinguish faces. . . . .
How did he get up there?
Vibrant colors in the sunlight. . . .
There are red, white, orange and multi-colored turbans worn in Rajasthan. Orange is my favorite. We saw a demonstration of a man rolling his turban with a 27 foot piece of cloth!

Ah, the blue city. Wonderful. We were there only a day and night to see the center of the city and wander through the fort! https://talesalongtheway.com/2015/01/25/greetings-from-the-golden-city-of-rajasthan/

Do you live there now? I loved all the “color” cities of Rjasthan. This is what most of the world thinks of when they hear “India”. . . .camels, turbans, desert, colors, snake charmers, elephants, forts. . . . . and yes it is but there is so much more. I am really blessed to have been in India twice for a total of 8 months and traveled to many places. I loved every minute! Especially the warm, friendly, kind, generous people!
